GOWER CONSERVATION PARK. 5.04.2014

Gower was the 2nd. park for the day. Heading from Mt. Gambier toward Millicent you pass Tantanoola Caves Conservation Park on the right and turn to the right at the next corner, (before the service station). Head up the track until you reach cross road. Pass over the cross road and the park is on the right with clearfall on the left. There is a good size clearing just past the start of the park which is well suited to portable operation. Owen, VK5HOS and I set up and got into it. We worked 21 stations, with 4 park to park, and 2 S.O.T.A. contacts. All in all, a great result.
